This 6 week strength-training workshop is designed to introduce weight training to new participants and challenge existing strength trainers. Using barbells, plates, dumbbells and kettles bells we will break down
techniques for safe and heavy lifting, correct posture and alignment. Emma will also include one on one coaching on how and when to eat the right foods for great results!
