In this 1.5 hour workshop in the HOT ROOM you will receive a 5 trigger point ball and taught how to use it effectively so you can help your body recover, become more flexible and release pesky tension in your muscles.
The main benefit of using a trigger point ball is MOBILITY OF THE FASCIA.
Fascia is a fibrous layer of connective tissue that surrounds all of the muscles in our body. Without proper mobility, fibers of the fascia become cross linked and they bind to muscles and nerves, inhibiting normal motion and causing pain.
