Join Amanda for this 90-minute winter yin yoga workshop focused on the foundations of Yin Yoga and its benefits, specifically the kidney and bladder meridian lines.
The kidneys are thought of being the home of Jing; a substance which spreads life, and the urinary bladder has the longest meridian of the body so let's get to work! We will learn about and hold certain yin postures for 3 to 5 minutes and let the energy along these lines of the body flow with our breath and attention.
Dress warm, bring your own blanket, comfy sweater or socks for a relaxing practice and deep savasana. A great afternoon to thank your body and set you up for a well deserved good night's sleep!
